Tentsmuir Forest Scotland Pre-wedding Photoshoot – Stephanie & Emma
Saturday. The sun decided to come out from behind the clouds that day. I drove my car to the parking lot at Tentsmuir Park Scotland for a pre-wedding photoshoot. A song from the Spotify playlist “Happy Hits!” was playing in the speakers. I opened my bag and pulled out two cameras. I attached them to the camera straps. By the way, I was looking for Stephanie & Emma. After a while, a car drove up with two laughing girls inside. They are here! We got out of the cars and started talking. We slowly walked down the path towards the forest. And here begins the story of one Saturday morning in the woods:

I don’t remember how much time we spent at Tentsmuir Forest Scotland on Stephanie & Emma’s pre-wedding photoshoot. When you are in good company and have a good time, you don’t look at your watch. We must have lost our way once. We wanted to get to the beach, it was the “must-have” place where Stephanie and Emma wanted to take some pictures. The path you would normally walk was underwater. We had to go around. We talked about the wedding, which was to take place in the summer of 2020 but had been postponed to 2021. About plants, animals, and books. I know that both Stephanie and Emma love to read. And they have a wonderful array of indoor plants.
Is it worth booking a pre-wedding photoshoot with your photographer?
Absolutely! I have noticed that I work much better with people with whom I have already done one photo session. You will definitely be less stressed during the wedding because you will already know what to expect from your photographer. Not only during the portrait session after the ceremony. But from the very beginning. You will know that you are in good hands. One less problem 🙂 It will also be easier for you to open up in front of the camera and feel more confident. You won’t have to worry about what to do now. How to position yourself.
If you have not booked the pre-wedding session with me yet, feel free to contact me. I’ll send you some tips on how to prepare for it. And you will definitely have a great time! If you are just planning your wedding, consider adding a pre-wedding photo session right away. You will be able to use the photos that you receive immediately after the session, e.g. for invitations or for the guest book.
