Winter portrait photoshoot in Edinburgh – Anne
A few days before Christmas, I met Anne for a winter portrait photoshoot in Edinburgh.
Even though the streets were still empty (I remember Edinburgh quite differently and I still feel weird walking along almost empty sidewalks. Although I won’t say I love it) there was a feeling of Christmas in the air. Window displays beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, streets lit with winter lights.

First, we visited Greyfriar’s Kirkyard, the famous Harry Potter cemetery. The Scottish winter weather gave the place an atmosphere of mystery. We walked slowly between the tombstones. Anne told me various interesting facts about this cemetery and J.K. Rowling.
Then we went to Victoria Street. Christmas lights hanging over the street gave the place a joyful atmosphere.
