Edinburgh Photographer – Anne, Arthur’s Seat
“What I really want is to run through the field, with the warm wind in my hair, and sunlight dancing on clouds. I want to lay down in that field and watch the sky. I want to forget. I want to breathe. I want to become the sky and leave all human things behind …” Nausicaa Twila

I love windy weather – everything looks so dynamic then, you can feel the power of nature. Every time when I go to take some pictures outside I hope that this time the wind will be on my side. Sometimes it happens and the wind is quite strong to show the movements, sometimes it is really calm and I feel a little disappointed.
Anne is German who lives and study psychology at university in Edinburgh. She is a geek about plants and being outside, so we spent such a lovely day together. We met at Royal Mail in Edinburgh Old Town. That street you might walk straight from the Edinburgh Castle to Arthur’s Seat. It’s a nice walk along with the oldest building in Edinburgh.
I was lucky that day with Anne. We had windy but quite warm weather on Arthur’s Seat, the highest point in Edinburgh, moreover the ancient volcano.
